How did you get into cycling?
I worked at a gym for a couple of years, so being in that environment I got curious about the various classes. I was always looking for an alternative to the usual running on a treadmill. I immediately fell in love with cycling and soon was taking class at least 3 times a week! Soon enough I got Schwinn instructor certified, and the rest is history!

Uforia of course, and Chuckaboo, my barbershop.
What do you do in your spare time?
I love hanging out with my friends! We often have pretty busy weeks, so when our weekend comes, we make it a point to get together to decompress and check out new brunch spots.
Where do you find your uforia?
I find my uforia in group fitness. I get a motivating high seeing people around me push through drills. There is an awesome sense of excitement to work hard and even harder!
What are your favorite pre/post workout snacks?
For pre workout, I like to go nuts (literally). I will usually have some nuts or a granola bar. Post workout, I love to eat poke bowls or sushi.
What are your favorite songs at the moment?
Feels – Calvin Harris, Slide – Calvin Harris, Selfish – Future & Rihanna, Playing to Lose – Lemaitre & Stanaj, Hit of You – Paloma Ford, I’m the One – DJ Khaled, False Alarm, – Matoma, I have so many, but that’s a few of what I have on repeat right now….. I listen to a lot of music.

I am determined to figure out how to safely incorporate a twerk or body roll in a cycling drill. Watch out now!
