We’re so excited to welcome Steve to the uforia Crew as a new GRIT Rockstar! If you’ve heard the killer 80’s jams being pumped out of the main studio in Nob Hill, you’ve probably seen Steve in action! Born and raised in Boston, Steve got into fitness through team workouts in high school football. He loved how his team motivated each other through drills and pumped everyone up when they hit the weights. Then the intensity of p90x got him really into fitness. You’ll find this passion for intensity mixed with his contagious enthusiasm and inspirational spirit in class.
You know you’ve seen him smiling behind the concierge desk, but now it’s time to get behind him on a GRIT box! Find him on the schedule Monday and Thursday nights and Sunday mornings in Nob Hill!
Favorite Nob Hill Hot Spots?
You can pretty much always bet that I’ve been to Trader Joe’s on Hyde or Bob’s Doughnuts at least once a week. At night, you can find me at dancing at Playland, hanging with friends at The White Horse Tavern in Union Square, or seeing the latest and greatest at AMC on Van Ness! And of course, I’ll be hitting up British Motor Car on Van Ness to score my first Lamborghini or Bentley when I celebrate my first million made!
What do you do in your spare time?
When I’m not at uforia, I’m pursuing my acting career! Auditions, rehearsals, ect.
Where do you find your uforia?
I find my uforia by going out with friends or working on my acting techniques. And every now and then, I find myself chilling out on Netflix or Xbox live.
What are your favorite pre/post workout snacks?
Food and fueling my body is really important to my workout regime. I use supplements like N.O. Xplode before a workout and CellMass as part of my post-class regime. When it comes to breakfast, anything is a go in my book!
Favorite songs at the moment?
Music is huge for me! You can always find 80’s or 90’s r&b & New Jack Swing on my iTunes or Spotify. Right now, I’m into“Flex” by Rich Homie Quan and “Poison” by Bel Biv Devoe gets me hyped!
Anything else you might want to share with our uforians?
Most people at uforia don’t know that I really love to sing! I’d love to do more with that and learn to play the piano. It would be great to start writing songs!
