This week, one of the fearless leaders of our uCycle crew, Corey, is sharing some of his favorite tracks. If you love to cycle and haven’t checked out uCycle yet, you are in for a treat. You’ll get an intense hour-long workout with Corey or Bruce and be supported by the tight-knit uCycle community. Corey teaches at 8:30 every Saturday morning, but he also teaches a special SpeakEasy class several times a month on Fridays at 7am. This class is held based on Corey’s schedule and demand for the class, so please email email@example.com if you’d like to receive emails about these Friday morning sessions. They’re a great way to kick off your Friday and get your intervals in before the weekend!

Fun. – Carry On uCycle is an intense 55 minutes, and sometimes a little encouragement to “carry on” is good.
