We’re excited to share some news with you about one of our favorite Rockstars! Hip Hop Club and Fuego Rockstar, Lee has decided to go and spend some time rediscovering his roots by teaching ballet. As one of his many passions, Lee will be returning to teaching and mentoring kids and has accepted a position at the Ayako School of Ballet in Belmont. We’re incredibly excited for Lee as he takes this step and continues his career as a dancer and dance instructor.
As Lee explains, “As artists, we always go through these changes where we follow different paths and follow different passions. There is a constant ebb and flow of change. Everything that we come across is a true passion that we love and embrace. Our passions never feel like a job or a task; they’re fun, interesting parts of our lives. I’m in the process of adding new dimensions and building on all parts of me on an artist. “
We’ve been so lucky to have Lee at uforia and he’s played a pivotal role in building the uforia Dance program. As anyone who knows him knows, having him as part of our uforia family is amazing; and it’s not over, watch out for Lee’s continued collaboration at uforia and keep an eye out for him on schedule for special classes!
“My love and passion for uforia–the people, the classes, the uforia Crew–is a huge and wonderful part of my life. I’m so glad that one part of my new changes will be following a different path within uforia as well. I’m sad that I’ll be seeing less of you, but I won’t be gone!”
Lee’s last ‘official’ day teaching his regular classes will be Sept.4th join us for a send off to remember!
