studio manager – full time position
The Studio Manager will lead with a positive, motivating and customer-centric style. Their primary tasks will revolve around managing the day-to-day business at uforia’s current downtown Palo Alto location. The Studio Manager will have a sense of ownership of the studio and will want to contribute to the overall success, culture and community that is uforia.

responsibilities
• Provide high-level customer service and exceptional experiences to all uforia clients
• Resolve client issues and concerns in a positive and timely manne
• Supervise, train, encourage, coach and evaluate all Concierge staff
• Create and maintain all training processes and documentation. Ensure that the Concierge team exudes personability, fun and high-levels of customer service, in addition to managing their schedule
• Help ensure smooth and efficient operations
• Support and contribute to overall company goals
• Lead and own various events held at the studio: open house, customer appreciation, flashmobs
• Supervise and manage the studio’s retail and inventory
• Manage uforia’s voice to our clients through newsletters and social media
• Commit at minimum 30+ hours/week
• Managers may be asked to work some additional hours for special events

requirements
• Must have at least 2-3 years prior managerial experience
• Preference will be given to applicants with retail, hospitality, health & fitness or restaurants experience
• Must have superior customer service skills
• Demonstrated leadership abilities
• Social Media management experience is a plus
• Must have excellent interpersonal skills and service-oriented outlook
• Must be highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks with tight deadlines
• Should have a strong ability to communicate clearly with team members, clients and management
• A personal passion for fitness is a huge plus
• Must attend sweat inducing fun classes at uforia
• Must be available to work some shifts that are flexible/non-traditional (including weekends, evenings and some holidays)
